Meet the Spy

Here's another brilliant cinematic sequence from the guys at Valve. It was about a year ago that I posted some other Team Fortress 2 Character Trailers, and I'm glad to see they're still making them! Great writing, design and animation, and a healthy dose of sex and violence.

And in case you missed this one (like I did) here's Meet the Sniper. Enjoy!

UPDATE: You can see all the character movies in high quality here.

  5. Victor, you should be able to change the size of the Youtube video to make it fit in your layout. Look at the Youtube section in your html code and tweaked it. Right now it says "object height="340" width="560". 460 for the width should be enough.

  6. '...healthy dose of sex and violence.'!? I wonder what the proper dose is, and how parents can make sure to train their children to get 'their recommended amounts' ;P

  8. Olivier, thanks for the tip! I've fixed the size.

Character Animator/Matthew, please note that my blog is not intended as a parenting tool. My blog is about animation, which like any art form, is not always suitable for younger viewers.

  10. LOL the sniper is also brilliant. "one is a job and the other is mental sickness"....Sooooo good. Best animation the gaming industry ever produced, by very far.
