I know I haven't been posting much original content here of late, but maybe this will help: I'm this month's guest blogger on the
Animation Tips & Tricks blog, brought to you by the good people at AnimationMentor.com. My first post is a response to the question, "What separates the good animator from the bad animator?" Be sure to read the comments too, as I added some additional thoughts there. Enjoy!
Congratulations for you interview? on that Blog, you had an intresting point of view about animators, and I think the same, the technical or the theoretical part is necessary for be an animator, just an animator but for be a "good" animator, is necessary the talent, for example the acting, not everyone can act in public, just a few, and I want to be a "good" animator, but I had to learn the theoretical part, for that I had to wait 2 years more (the sadness reality) wellI hope you can understand this post, because i don´t speak the English very well.
ReplyDeleteWell take care.

Hypothetically... if someone had two kids who were dressing as Boo and Sully for Halloween... and said person and spouse wanted to dress as Pixar animators to complete the family look... how would they go about that? Any suggestions on how to look like a Pixar animator for Halloween?
ReplyDeleteHi mandi,
ReplyDeleteI don't think there's a common "look" for Pixar animators, unless you have some crew shirts. You may be better off trying to go as John Lasseter. All you need is a Hawaiian shirt and some glasses.
Hmmm... tempting...
ReplyDeleteThanks for the info!
